Clinic Management Platform
Sole developer with end-to-end ownership.
Overview
Liore needed one system for consultório pace: from patient arrival to clinical documentation and payment, without switching tools.
I built the platform from scratch as the sole developer, covering product, architecture, APIs, data modeling, and UI for Admin, SDR, Doctor, and Finance roles.
What I built
- Scheduling with FullCalendar, waiting queue, and visit flows aligned to clinic day-to-day work.
- Nutritional charting with anamnesis, anthropometry, meal plans, and a TACO food database.
- Finance module and operational dashboards to support clinic operations.
- Role-based authentication and authorization, with Next.js APIs and MongoDB.

- Real-time updates via Pusher in operationally sensitive flows.
